Financial Aid: Students who hope to receive financial assistance will need to request and submit a Financial Aid Request Form. Since funds are limited these requests will be considered on a case-bycase basis. All requests must be approved by the School Board. Any student receiving financial aid will need to work during both the following work terms:

Summer Work Scholarship Program (One 6 Week Term Only) Dates to be Announced
        OR
(Two 6 Week Terms) Dates to be Announced

Amortized Scholarship Credit: Both the Summer Work Scholarships and the Student Aid Scholarships will be amortized, credited to the students' accounts on an evenly distributed monthly basis. These credits are redeemable for tuition charges only. Scholarships cannot carry over from one year to another, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Students who withdraw from the program, or are terminated due to disciplinary action by the administration will forfeit that part of the scholarship remaining.

Family Discount: Two or more students from the same family are entitled to an additional 5% discount. This family discount does not apply to the Entrance Fee or any of the extra charges. When a monthly payment plan is being followed, the 5% family discount will be credited to the student's account, determined by the amount of the regular monthly charge for Tuition and Room/Board.

It is imperative that tuition payments be made on a timely basis. The school seeks to keep the payments as low as possible. Since this is true, there is a dependence on your prompt payments to pay our teachers and the other bills that come due each month. When payment is not made by the 25th of the month a late charge of 2% of the unpaid balance will be added to the bill. If payment due is still not paid by the following month, the student will be asked to return home until the bill is properly cared for. The student will be promptly reinstate in school when payment is made.
